Job Description
We are looking for a proactive, commercially driven, and well-connected Sales & MICE Manager to support our work on tourism across GCC markets (UAE, Qatar, Bahrain and Kuwait).
If you have strong experience in tourism sales, trade marketing, and the MICE sector, and thrive on building partnerships, generating leads, and positioning destinations within the travel and business events industry, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement dedicated sales and MICE strategies aligned with overall tourism objectives
- Plan and execute sales calls and sales missions to travel agencies, tour operators, corporates, associations, and MICE stakeholders across GCC markets
- Plan and organize trade roadshows, FAM Trips, workshops, networking events, and B2B meetings across target markets
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with travel trade partners, MICE agencies, event organizers, corporates, and industry stakeholders
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within both leisure and MICE segments
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to align on commercial objectives, campaigns, and strategic priorities
- Prepare regular updates, reports, and follow-up materials
Requirements
- Over 8 years of experience in tourism sales, MICE, destination representation, or business development within the travel industry
- Proven track record in generating leads, developing partnerships, and driving commercial opportunities within the tourism and MICE sectors
- Strong network across travel trade and MICE stakeholders, including agencies, corporates, associations, and event organizers
- Strong experience in GCC markets
- Native Arabic speaker with excellent command of English (C1 level or above)
