Role Description Business Development Interns will support the growth of LBM Solutions by assisting in identifying new business opportunities and nurturing client relationships. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and competitor research, contributing to lead generation activities, and maintaining accurate records of prospects and outreach. Interns will help prepare presentations, proposals, and basic sales materials, and may participate in calls or meetings with potential clients under guidance from senior team members. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mohali district, offering hands-on experience in a technology-driven business environment and opportunities to learn from experienced business development professionals.

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret market data and business trends.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with internal teams and potential clients.
• Candidates should possess Lead Generation capabilities, with an interest in prospecting and identifying potential business opportunities.
• Candidates should possess Market Research skills to gather, organize, and present insights on industries, competitors, and target markets.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, with a professional, client-focused attitude and the ability to respond to inquiries courteously.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include familiarity with CRM tools, basic understanding of IT/digital services, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace.
• Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory; a demonstrable interest in business development and the tech industry is highly valued.
