Business Development Executive (Medical Representative)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Medical Representative (MR) with over 5 years of experience in the diagnostic market, particularly in semi-urban and rural areas. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our business in these regions, focusing on market development and customer engagement. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in leading diagnostic device companies such as Agappe, Transasia (Erba), or similar organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement business strategies to achieve market expansion in semi-urban and rural areas.

2. Promote diagnostic devices and solutions to healthcare professionals, diagnostic centers, and other target customers.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including doctors, lab technicians, and distributors.

4. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs in the diagnostic sector.

5. Deliver product presentations and training sessions to potential and existing clients. 6. Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities. 7. Monitor competitors and provide insights to improve market positioning. 8. Prepare and present detailed sales and activity reports to management.
