• About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Talent Acquisition professional to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in **Non-IT recruitment**, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage the complete recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Non-IT positions.
• Understand hiring requirements and job specifications from hiring managers.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Negotiate salary packages and manage offer rollouts.
• Ensure timely closures of open positions.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.

Requirements

• Minimum **2+ years of experience in Non-IT recruitment or Talent Acquisition**.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good candidate assessment, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a result-oriented approach.
