Lead Software Engineer

Notice Period-Immediate-10 days

The Lead Software Engineer will own end-to-end design and delivery of cloud-native, multi-tenant SaaS applications within the Channel Data Management (CDM) domain. This role blends hands-on full stack engineering with team leadership, code quality stewardship, and architectural decision-making. You will translate business needs into secure, scalable solutions across data ingestion, transformation, APIs, and UI/UX. The engineer will collaborate closely with Product, Data, and Customer Success to enhance partner data visibility and accuracy while ensuring strong performance, security, and reliability. You will champion best practices, CI/CD, and a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

• Proven full stack development experience in SaaS environments
• Frontend: React, Angular, or Next.js (at least one)
• Backend: Node.js, Flask, Java, or .NET (at least one)
• 
  Strong knowledge of REST APIs and microservices architecture
• Cloud expertise on AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases (CDM-relevant)
• Version control using Git
• CI/CD pipelines and automated testing practices
• Agile/Scrum delivery experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 5-6 engineers, promoting technical excellence and collaboration
• Architect, develop, and maintain full stack cloud-native SaaS applications for CDM workflows
• Design and optimize data ingestion, transformation, synchronization, and APIs
• Ensure security, performance, and scalability in a multi-tenant environment
• Drive code reviews, coding standards, and continuous integration/deployment
• Partner with Product, Data, and Customer Success to deliver high-impact features
• Influence technical strategy across UI/UX efficiencies, services, and data pipelines
• Foster a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement
