About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Process Excellence Manager to drive strategic operational improvement initiatives across our business units. The ideal candidate is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with strong experience in process optimization, automation, and stakeholder managementespecially within the US Mortgage banking domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Lean Six Sigma projects (Black Belt level) to drive process transformation, cost efficiency, quality improvements, and risk reduction.
• Identify and execute automation and digital transformation opportunities (AI/RPA/Excel/VBA, IDP, ETL, Power Automate, etc.).
• Partner with Operations, Technology, Risk, and Analytics teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.
  
• Conduct root cause analysis, data-based decision making, and build continuous improvement frameworks.
• Facilitate workshops, Kaizen events, process mapping (SIPOC, VSM), and innovation ideation sessions.
• Build and maintain performance dashboards, governance trackers, and executive-level reports.
• Mentor and train Yellow/Green Belt candidates and support development of the process excellence culture.

Desired Profile

• 10–15 years of relevant experience in Operational Excellence / Process Improvement.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certified (mandatory).
• Mortgage Banking (US-based) experience preferred.
• Proven success delivering automation/AI/digital transformation projects.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (working with leadership teams).
