Influencer Marketing Manager

Role Description-

• ● Identify, research, and onboard relevant influencers and content creators across Instagram, YouTube, and other social platforms.
• ● Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and creators.
• ● Coordinate the complete influencer campaign process from creator selection and briefing to content submission and final delivery.
• ● Share clear creative briefs, content guidelines, references, hooks, talking points, and CTAs with influencers.
• ● Guide creators in producing UGC videos, reels, product demonstrations, testimonials, unboxing videos, tutorials, and other short-form content.
• ● Help influencers understand the brand, product USPs, target audience, and desired communication.
• ● Review submitted content and provide constructive feedback to ensure it meets brand and campaign requirements.
• ● Stay updated with Instagram/Reels trends, viral formats, trending sounds, hooks, and UGC styles, and identify opportunities to leverage them.
• ● Manage influencer timelines, deliverables, revisions, and campaign calendars.
• ● Coordinate with internal teams such as Creative, Performance Marketing, Social Media, Brand, and Content.
• ● Track influencer deliverables and maintain a database of creators, campaigns, content, and performance.
• ● Negotiate commercials, deliverables, usage rights, and timelines with influencers where required.
• ● Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports on key metrics such as reach, engagement, views, content quality, conversions, and ROI.
• ● Continuously discover new creators and build a strong network of micro, macro, and niche influencers.
• ● Repurpose high-performing influencer/UGC content for paid ads, social media, website, and other marketing channels.

Requirements-

• ● 1+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Creator Marketing, Social Media Marketing, UGC, or Digital Marketing.
• ● Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and short-form video content.
• ● Good understanding of UGC content creation and influencer briefs.
• ● Excellent communication and relationship-management skills.
• ● Strong creative eye with the ability to identify good content and suggest improvements.
• ● Ability to understand what makes content engaging, authentic, and conversion-driven.
• ● Good negotiation and coordination skills.
• ● Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple creators/campaigns simultaneously.
• ● Comfortable working in a fast-paced e-commerce environment
