Job Description

As an IT Delivery and Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful delivery of IT products and services, managing team performance, and ensuring smooth operational execution. This full-time, on-site position based in Koramangala, Bangalore, requires your presence during UK working hours (11 AM to 9 PM IST) from Monday to Saturday.
Your key responsibilities will include overseeing end-to-end IT product and service delivery, collaborating with UK-based clients and internal teams to define project objectives, developing detailed project plans, and driving Agile and other best practices in project management to ensure efficient delivery.

In terms of operational management, you will be responsible for optimizing IT systems, infrastructure, and processes for performance, security, and scalability, monitoring daily operations, enforcing SLA compliance, implementing cost-saving measures, and managing vendor contracts.
Your role will also involve leading, mentoring, and managing a team of IT professionals, conducting performance reviews, fostering a collaborative work environment, and effectively allocating tasks to ensure timely completion aligned with delivery goals.
As the key liaison between the India team and UK stakeholders, you will provide regular project and operational updates, collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT solutions with organizational goals, and maintain an open-door policy to address team concerns and ensure smooth collaboration.

To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (Master's degree preferred), a minimum of 8 years of experience in IT delivery and operations management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Strong expertise in project management methodologies, technical proficiency in IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, and software delivery, excellent communication skills, and problem-solving abilities are essential.
You will work from Monday to Saturday, from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST, aligned with UK work hours, and your performance will be measured based on on-time delivery of IT projects, SLA compliance, team productivity, stakeholder satisfaction, and cost optimization.
