Job Description
- We are looking for an experienced SAP ERP Techno-Functional Analyst to join our team and contribute significantly to leveraging our SAP ERP system for enhancing business processes, driving efficiency, and supporting strategic goals. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of SAP's core modules and possess the skills to analyze, design, and optimize business processes in alignment with SAP ERP functionalities.
As a SAP ERP Techno-Functional Analyst, your key responsibilities will include configuring and customizing the SAP system to meet evolving business needs, ensuring optimal performance and user experience across core modules. You will collaborate with key business stakeholders to understand process requirements, challenges, and opportunities for improvement, redesigning and streamlining processes using SAP ERP capabilities to enhance efficiency and productivity. Additionally, you will use ABAP programming and SAP's customization tools to develop custom functionalities, reports, and interfaces, integrating SAP ERP with other enterprise systems for seamless data exchange and process flow. You will also oversee data integrity within the SAP system, facilitate data migrations and integrations as necessary, and utilize SAP's BI tools to develop insightful analytics and reports that support decision-making. Leading SAP ERP-related projects, managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations, and driving change management initiatives for the smooth adoption of new processes and systems will also be part of your role. Providing expert support to SAP ERP users, resolving technical and functional issues, as well as developing and conducting training sessions to enhance user competency and adoption of SAP functionalities will also be crucial.
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP ERP, focusing on core modules (FI, CO, SD, MM, PP), and experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable. Technical proficiency in SAP configuration, customization, and integration, along with familiarity with SAP ABAP or Fiori for custom development, is essential. A deep understanding of business processes in finance, supply chain, production, and sales, and the ability to align business processes with SAP functionalities is required. Strong problem-solving skills, analytical abilities, communication and interpersonal skills, project management experience, and skills in project planning, execution, and stakeholder management are also necessary.

Preferred qualifications include SAP certification in one or more core modules or SAP S/4HANA, experience in a similar industry or business domain, and leadership skills with experience in guiding teams and driving initiatives forward.,
