Solution Designer - Logistics

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Solution Designer for BLR Logistiks. The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive matters.

Work Location - Vashi - Akashar Business Park, Sector 19, Next to Concor - Vashi. (Turbhe- station is about 700 metres from the office. Next nearest station is Sanpada. People use shared auto for Sanpada)
First round interview will happen mostly at their Head Office at Goregaon. Then candidate can be asked for further evaluation at their Vashi office as well.
Job Responsibilities & Requirements:
- To analyse the problem and deep dive into the data to identify the problem
- Develop and enhance tools /applications for warehousing commercials, network design, Consulting for Network design, warehouse/ process improvement.

- Designing solution in Supply chain related such as warehousing, hub analysis, multi-modal transportation, network design, origin consolidation and commercial analysis
- Provide solutions on New and Existing Warehouse projects with hub analysis, consolidation, and PnL analysis.
- Knowledge of Designing warehousing solution for FMCG, retail, automobile, Chemical and Pharma etc Verticals
- Layout Design solutions according to the Inventory analysis.
- Assist Sales team in RFQ responses with solution design.
- Provide Business requirements for WMS.
- Data analysis using power Latest Methodologies- and work on solutions.
- Must have Experience in Proposing Warehouse and Distribution Commercial Proposals.
- Must have Knowledge and experience in Process Improvement and Process Automation.
