Job Description

    Are you ready to contribute to the mission of leading the future of snacking at Mondelz International As a Change Management Leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving transformation within the organization by collaborating with senior-level leaders across functions and geographies. Your responsibilities will involve setting change strategies, identifying impacts, and executing interventions to enhance business performance while aligning with strategic goals.
    Your key contributions will include acting as a change partner, working closely with stakeholders to drive transformation, and building individual and organizational change capability. You will be responsible for measuring and monitoring the effectiveness of change strategies to ensure continuous improvement. Your experience in managing change initiatives in a global corporate environment, influencing senior executives, and implementing best practices in change management will be invaluable in this role.
    In this position, you will lead the design and implementation of new sales processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness. You will drive the adoption of digital technologies and data analytics, equip the sales team with necessary skills, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration. Your qualifications should include a Bachelor's degree in business or related field, extensive sales experience, and a strong understanding of the FMCG industry in India.
