Skills And Competencies:
- 6+ years in credit/financial data analysis (structured finance preferred); strong organizational and mentoring skills
- Extensive working knowledge of applicable methodologies with ability to perform holistic analysis to support ratings and research teams with limited guidance for certain advanced/bespoke tasks
- Ability to effectively engage with team members of most levels and across departments
- Manage deliverables related to multiple projects independently
- Advanced Microsoft Excel, and various technical/operational aspects of deliverables
- Fluent in English with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal abilities
- Basic understanding of AI concepts (Generative AI tools and Agentic AI systems etc) with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency leveraging these technologies for research, analysis, or workflow optimization.
- Interest in exploring AI systems and a willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use.
Qualifications:
- Masters in Finance, Economics, or Business or Qualified CA
- CFA/ FRM preferred
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage people and projects across data, ratings, research, and outreach, while overseeing data intake, normalization, and processing as a people manager driving technical guidance and process improvements

- Support global data and tech initiatives by defining and documenting requirements, reviewing complex tasks for quality, and coordinating team workload to ensure timely completion
- Provide proactive feedback on team output quality, lead process improvements, and manage transitions while managing relationships with key stakeholders
- Lead or contribute to cross-functional projects (e.g., methodology updates, transitions to RRS Global Capability Centers)
- Attract, hire, develop, motivate and retain talented junior analytical staff

The RRS GCC teams perform a range of data, analytical and research services that contribute to the overall credit analysis function performed by the structured finance rating groups.
