About the Role:

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to support our hiring efforts across roles. This is a hands-on role focused on execution, where you will work on active hiring requirements and contribute directly to building candidate pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates through job portals, databases, and outreach
• Conduct initial screening calls and evaluate candidate fit
• Shortlist candidates and coordinate interview schedules
• Maintain and update candidate data in the system
• Ensure timely follow-ups and smooth candidate communication

• Candidates currently based in Bangalore and available for in-office work
• Individuals comfortable with high-volume calling, screening, and follow-ups

Requirements:

• Immediate availability to join
• Willingness to attend an onsite interview at our Koramangala office
• Prior exposure to recruitment/staffing is preferred but not mandatory
• Basic communication and organizational skills
