Job Description
Locations: Shantipur, Kharagpur, Madhyamgram, Suri, Panihati, Agarpara, Benachity, Raniganj, Asansol, Chittaranjan, Purulia, Durgapur, Rampurhat
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end store operations and ensure timely store opening
- Adhere to retail SOPs, inventory control, and loss prevention
- Prevent stock-outs, expiry, dump, and shrinkage
- Ensure proper space management and asset maintenance
- Drive manpower productivity with optimal staffing
- Engage with customers and share feedback on assortment, availability, and pricing
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 2+ years of retail experience
- Food & FMCG retail experience preferred
- Strong operational, people management, and customer-handling skills
