As our Associate Director of Software Engineering, youll lead a team of 50+ talented engineers, shaping the technology that powers our fintech platform and building a culture where innovation, excellence, and purpose thrive.

What Youll Do:
- Lead a High-Performing Engineering Organization.

- Coach and develop engineering leaders and individual contributors to reach their full potential.
- Drive Technical Strategy and Execution.

- Guide architectural decisions and ensure delivery of secure, scalable, and investor-centric solutions.
- Champion engineering excellence through modern practices like CI/CD, DevOps, and agile delivery.

- Proven experience leading engineering teams in high-growth environments.
- Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures, microservices, and modern development frameworks.
- Strong track record of delivering complex, high-impact software products, ideally in fintech or adjacent industries.
- Exceptional communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills, as well as a passion for building inclusive, high-performing teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years in software engineering, with 5+ years in leadership roles.
- Demonstrated success in scaling engineering organizations and driving strategic initiatives.
