DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic professional to join our team as a Recruitment Specialist to help us grow. Recruitment Specialist is responsible for the complete Recruitment Lifecycle process, including sourcing, screening, and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles to our clients. You will also network online with potential candidates to reduce our time-to-hire and ensure attracting the best professionals. Ultimately, you will build a strong tech talent pipeline and help hire and retain skilled employees for our IT positions smoothly. In this role, we expect you to achieve your daily and monthly targets and will be responsible for your own accountabilities and responsibilities.

Top Skills Required:

• Prior experience supporting State Government accounts is highly preferred.
• 3+ US Recruitment Experience.
• Experience scheduling interviews. Discussing the background check process in detail.
• Familiar with multiple MSPs and ATS tools.
• Strong English Communication. Confident while communicating with the candidate.
• Strong Computer Skills
