- Execute trades on behalf of clients, ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines and risk management policies.
- Acquire and Service portfolios of HNI/Ultra-HNI clients and family offices.
- Provide comprehensive investment advisory across segments (equities, mutual funds, PMS, fixed income, derivatives, and structured products).
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews and advice based on market trends and client return objectives.
- Drive cross-selling of third-party products to enhance client portfolios and wallet share.
- Meet and exceed revenue/activation targets through equity/derivatives trading and product cross-selling.
Role Requirements:

Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, or related fields.

Mandatory: NISM Series VIII - Equity Derivatives Certification.
Experience:

- 5+ years of experience in broking and wealth of HNI/Ultra-HNI clients and family offices.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of capital markets, risk management, portfolio and trading operations.
- Proven track record in new client acquisition through references and relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- High ethical standards and a client-centric approach.
- Proficiency in Trading and Advisory Platforms and portfolio analytics.
