Position: PCG Advisor

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused PCG Advisor to manage and grow relationships with Super HNI clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide investment advisory services to Super HNI clients across Equity, Derivatives, Currency, and Commodity markets.
• Manage and service client portfolios with an Assets Under Management (AUM) of ₹25 Lakhs and above.
• Generate revenue through effective advisory, client activation, and relationship management.
• 
  Cross-sell financial products such as Mutual Funds, PMS (Portfolio Management Services), and Insurance.
• Acquire new clients while strengthening and retaining existing client relationships.
• Understand clients financial objectives, risk appetite, and investment preferences to recommend suitable investment strategies.
• Ensure timely resolution of client queries and complaints within the defined Turnaround Time (TAT).
• Monitor market trends and provide proactive investment recommendations to clients.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate in any discipline
• Experience in wealth management, stock broking, investment advisory, or financial services is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Equity, Derivatives, Currency, Commodity markets, and investment products.
• Excellent communication, relationship management, and sales skills.
• Ability to manage HNI/UHNI client relationships and achieve business targets.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong analytical and financial advisory skills.
• Client relationship management and portfolio servicing.
• Sales and business development capabilities.
• Knowledge of Mutual Funds, PMS, Insurance, and other wealth management products.
• Problem-solving and customer-centric approach.
