Hiring | Relationship Manager – Wealth Management
Company: Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd.
We are looking for experienced Relationship Managers to join our Wealth Management team and drive business in the Affluent & Super Affluent segment.
Department: Direct Channel / Open Market
Lead Source: 20–30% Company Leads | 70–80% Self-Generated
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Acquire and manage Affluent & Super Affluent clients.
- Build and grow Assets Under Management (AUM).
- Provide investment advisory and portfolio solutions.
- Cross-sell wealth products and deepen client relationships.
- Collaborate with Product & Research (CFP) teams.
- Conduct client engagement and business development activities.
Products: Mutual Funds, SIPs, Demat, PMS, Insurance (CASA experience can also be considered).
Requirements
- Experience in Wealth Management, Banking, Broking, or Financial Services.
- Strong client acquisition and relationship management skills.
- Good knowledge of investment products and financial markets.
Compensation: Salary hike as per current CTC and market standards.
