  • Hiring: Relationship Manager – Wealth Management
  • Company: Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd.
  • Position: Relationship Manager
  • Department: Direct Channel / Open Market
  • Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Role Overview:
  • We are looking for a Relationship Manager to acquire and manage Affluent and Super Affluent clients, grow AUM, and provide customized investment solutions.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Acquire new clients through open market and existing networks.
  • Build and manage a portfolio of high-value clients.
  • Grow AUM through relationship management and cross-selling.
  • Understand client financial goals and provide suitable investment solutions.
  • Generate leads and convert prospects into long-term clients.
  • Stay updated on financial markets and investment products.
  • Coordinate with internal product and research teams.
  • Participate in seminars, workshops, and business development activities.
  • Products Handled:
  • Mutual Funds
  • SIPs
  • Demat / Equity
  • PMS
  • Insurance
  • CASA experience can also be considered.
  • Candidate Profile:
  • Experience in Wealth Management, Banking, or Financial Services.
  • Strong client acquisition and relationship management skills.
  • HNI / Affluent client handling experience preferred.
  • Good knowledge of financial products.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to generate business through self-sourcing.
  • Compensation:
  • Salary hike as per current CTC, experience, and market standards.
