Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Manager located in Chennai. The Area Manager will oversee the operations and performance of branches, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving business targets. Key responsibilities include managing and mentoring branch teams, driving sales performance, maintaining client relationships, ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory guidelines, and coordinating with various teams to implement strategic initiatives that align with company objectives.Qualifications
- Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams to meet performance goals
- Proficiency in financial products and services, including Retail Broking, Asset Management, and Investment Banking
- Strong sales, business development, and relationship management experience

- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in the financial services sector
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Prior experience as an Area Manager or in a similar operational leadership role is an advantage
- Willingness to work on-site in Chennai and travel as required
