Hiring: Cluster Sales Manager – Home Loans & LAP (Navi Mumbai / Panvel)
We are looking for an experienced Cluster Sales Manager to lead and manage a team of 4–5 Business Sales Managers (BSMs).
Key Requirements:
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Home Loans and LAP.
• Strong exposure to the Affordable Housing Finance market in Navi Mumbai & Panvel.
• Proven experience in Channel Management, driving business through DSAs, connectors, and channel partners.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and manage a team while delivering business targets.
• Good understanding of the local market and customer ecosystem.
• Candidates currently serving their notice period will have an added advantage.
