Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Relationship Manager, based in Hanumangarh. The Senior Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving business development, sourcing and processing home loan leads, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the loan lifecycle. The role also involves engaging with stakeholders, assessing client eligibility, and maintaining documentation and compliance in alignment with company policies.
Qualifications

• Strong relationship management and client servicing skills
• Proficiency in business development and sales techniques
• Knowledge of the housing finance industry and loan processing
• Ability to assess risk, conduct eligibility checks, and ensure compliance
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset
• Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (preferred)
• Relevant work experience in mortgage lending or retail lending is a plus
