General Consultant - Strategy & Transformation

We are looking for a highly skilled post-MBA professional with experience in driving strategic business initiatives across corporate strategy, growth strategy, and transformation programs. The role requires strong analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and the ability to deliver measurable business impact across diverse client engagements.
Key Responsibilities :
Corporate Strategy & Growth :
- Drive measurable and sustained growth for clients using data-driven strategies.
- Work on corporate strategy development and execution.
- Develop business cases, market entry, and expansion strategies.
- Support pricing optimization, profitability improvement, and value realization initiatives.
- Contribute to innovation-led growth, sales acceleration, and channel transformation.
Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) :

- Support end-to-end M&A lifecycle activities.
- Conduct target screening, synergy assessment, and due diligence.
- Assist in post-merger integration and portfolio optimization.
- Support inorganic growth strategies for clients.
Operating Model & Organization Design :
- Partner with senior leadership to design future-ready operating models.
- Enable transformation across workforce, workplace, and work processes.
- Leverage technology, ecosystems, and analytics for organizational redesign.
Sustainability & Responsible Business :
- Collaborate with ecosystem partners to support sustainability initiatives.
- Help clients achieve ESG and sustainability goals through digital transformation.
- Support responsible business and long-term value creation strategies.
Required Skills :
- Post-MBA experience in strategy, consulting, or business transformation.
- Strong experience in one or more: Corporate Strategy, Growth Strategy, Market Entry, Pricing, Business Case Development.
