Organizational Change Management Consultant - Business Transformation

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify stakeholder challenges, expectations, and readiness levels.
• Design and implement Change Management strategies to support business transformation initiatives.
• Execute end-to-end change management programs for large transformation projects such as :

• 1. SAP S/4 HANA implementations
• 2. Salesforce transformations
• 3. Oracle implementations
• 4. Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
• 5. Operating model redesign
• 6. Shared services transformation

• Conduct change impact analysis, readiness assessments, and adoption planning.
• Develop and execute communication and engagement strategies.
• Leverage digital and social tools for change communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Support clients in building internal change management capabilities and agility.
• Contribute to business development and sales support activities.
• Participate in practice development activities including hiring, training, and knowledge sharing.
• Work with global clients and travel as required for project delivery.

Required Skills :

• Strong experience in Change Management / Organizational Change Management (OCM).

• PROSCI certification or experience
