Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Senior Manager Lead Generation with a strong background in service-based industries. This role is responsible for developing and executing strategies to generate high quality leads, drive pipeline growth, and support revenue targets. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify target markets, customer segments, and buyer personas within the services domain

• Manage multi-channel lead generation campaigns (digital, outbound, events, partnerships)

• Oversee inbound and outbound marketing initiatives including email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and content marketing

• Collaborate with sales teams to ensure seamless lead handoff and conversion tracking

• Optimize lead funnels using data-driven insights and performance metrics

• Manage CRM systems to track leads, pipeline activity, and campaign effectiveness

• Analyse campaign performance and continuously improve strategies

• Build and lead a team of lead generation specialists or executives

• Coordinate with marketing for content, branding, and campaign alignment

• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices in B2B services marketing
