Strategy Consultant/Business Strategy Manager

We are looking for a highly analytical and strategic professional with post-MBA experience in driving high-impact business transformation and growth initiatives. The role involves working closely with senior leadership teams to design and execute strategic programs across multiple business domains including growth strategy, corporate strategy, M&A, operating model transformation, and sustainability initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Corporate Strategy & Growth:
- Drive measurable and sustained business growth for clients through data-driven strategy and execution.
- Develop and implement corporate and growth strategies.
- Work on business case development, pricing optimization, and market entry strategies.
- Support initiatives in innovation-led growth and sales acceleration.
- Contribute to customer strategy, channel transformation, and value realization programs.

Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A):
- Support end-to-end M&A lifecycle activities.
- Conduct target screening and market assessment.
- Assist in synergy evaluation and due diligence processes.
- Support post-merger integration and portfolio optimization initiatives.
Operating Model & Organization Design:
- Partner with leadership teams to design future-ready operating models.
- Support workforce and workplace transformation initiatives.
- Leverage technology, analytics, and ecosystem partnerships for organizational redesign.
- Enable agile and scalable operating structures.
Sustainability & Responsible Business:
- Work with clients and ecosystem partners on sustainability initiatives.
- Support digital transformation programs aligned with ESG and responsible business goals.
- Help organizations achieve long-term sustainability targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Post-MBA experience in strategy, consulting, or related fields.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in corporate strategy, M&A, or business transformation.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work with senior leadership and deliver impactful outcomes.
