Oracle EPM Track Lead

Role: Oracle EPM Track Lead Experience: 12 to 15 Years

Location: Hyderabad (Onsite)

Mode of Work: Work from Office

Role Summary: Lead the delivery and GCC Ownership of the HGV Oracle EPM Cloud footprint. You are responsible for the Office of the CFO systems, ensuring the Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Consolidation applications run seamlessly. You must bridge the gap between Finance Accounting principles and Technical Scripting.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the health and roadmap of FCCS (Consolidation), EPBCS (Planning), and ARCS (Account Reconciliation).

M&A Consolidation: Integrate financial data from acquired entities (like BlueGreen) into the central EPM consolidation view. Handle currency translations and intercompany eliminations.

Financial Close: Support the Finance Controllership during critical Month-End/Year-End closes to ensure timely reporting.

Rules & Logic: Own the design and optimization of Business Rules (Groovy/Calc Scripts) to improve calculation performance.

Integration: Manage data integration pipeline (Data Management/FDMEE) between Oracle ERP GL and EPM Cloud.

Mandatory Skills:

12+ years experience, with min 5+ years in Oracle EPM Cloud.

Strong Functional understanding of P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reporting.

Strong Technical mastery of Calc Scripts, Groovy Scripting, and Smart View.
