Relationship Manager - BFSI

Job Summary:
We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Relationship Managers to join our Sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong sales acumen, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to manage the end-to-end home loan sales process while consistently achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, real estate agents, consultants, and Chartered Accountants (CAs).
- Identify, onboard, and manage consultants and referral partners to expand the sales network.

- Handle the complete customer journey, from initial inquiry to loan disbursement.
- Assist customers with loan applications, documentation, and KYC compliance.
- Coordinate with credit, operations, and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely loan approvals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as per assigned goals.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, MIS, and pipeline tracking.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
