Role & Responsibilities:

- Generate new business opportunities for staffing services

- Develop and manage client relationships

- Understand client hiring needs and coordinate with internal recruitment teams

- Pitch MVIDA's staffing solutions and close deals

- Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets
Requirements:

- 1-5 years of experience in staffing or recruitment sales

- Knowledge of C2C, C2H, Contract & Permanent staffing models

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Self-driven and comfortable working remotely
