Job Description

Your responsibilities will include serving as a technical expert for resolving complex desktop issues and leading projects. You will analyze desktop performance to identify areas for improvement, recommend solutions, and implement desktop-related policies and standards. Automation will be a key aspect of your role, where you will develop scripts and tools to streamline routine desktop management tasks.
As part of the team, you will oversee the testing and deployment of operating system and application patches, implement and maintain desktop security measures, and participate in planning for desktop hardware and software lifecycle management. Collaboration with other IT teams will be essential to ensure seamless integration of desktop systems with other infrastructure components.
