Business Development Manager

ESMOS are delighted to be recruiting for a Business Development Manager for one of our clients in the events and exhibitions industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Develop and implement sales and business development strategies.

• Manage the sales process, including proposals, costing, and presentations.

• Conduct market research and identify industry trends.

• Support marketing and promotional activities.

• Represent the company at industry and networking events.

• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in business development and sales

• Experience within the exhibitions industry is preferred.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
