Job Description
Manage day-to-day production activities on assembly line.
- Ensure production targets (daily/weekly/monthly) are achieved.
- Monitor line balancing and optimize manpower utilization.
- Reduce cycle time and eliminate bottlenecks in mass production.
- Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce wastage.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and minimize rework/rejections.
- Coordinate with Quality, Stores, and Maintenance teams for smooth operations.

- Maintain production reports, rejection data, and downtime analysis.
- Support implementation of Lean Manufacturing / 5S practices.
- Ensure compliance with safety norms on shop floor.
