Content Creator and Strategist

Mu Sigma is undergoing an exciting brand revival and launching a high-impact marketing and brand-building initiative. Were seeking a skilled and adaptable Content Creator and Strategist to elevate our employer branding and showcase the success stories of our teams. Your work will not only position Mu Sigma as an employer of choice but also play a key role in crafting dynamic internal campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Develop a wide range of content, including videos, event collateral, employee testimonials, etc., to position Mu Sigma as an employer of choice across all social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
- Own the content development process from ideation to execution, including writing, video direction, and design.
- Research industry trends and competitor strategies to craft compelling content highlighting Mu Sigmas unique value proposition.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Design, HR, Business teams, and external agencies to develop impactful content strategies adaptable across multiple channels.
- Conduct employee interviews to extract and showcase engaging success stories.
- Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines with a keen eye for detail.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment while being open to feedback and peer review.

- Bachelors degree required; a background in Marketing or a technical field is preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Social Media Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, or PR.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Visual thinker with strong storytelling abilities.
- Experience creating or assisting with video content for social media and other digital platforms.
- An ability to work with various stakeholders and open to collaboration and working with multiple thinkers
- High energy, driven, and ready to collaborate with diverse thinkers and creativessomeone who takes ownership and brings ideas to life.
