What Will You Do
Daily Operations: Assist in the seamless management of acquisitions, logistics, and exhibition installations.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with legal, procurement, and finance teams to ensure compliance with all legal, financial, and contractual aspects.
Artwork Handling: Help with the movement, installation, and deinstallation of artworks, ensuring best practices are followed.
Digital Archives: Support the development and maintenance of digital archives for easy access and organization.
Database Management: Keep our art collection databases accurate and up-to-date.
Conservation: Collaborate with external experts to maintain and restore artworks.
Exhibition Planning: Assist in the planning and organization of exhibitions and acquisitions.
Curating: Work with the team to select new artworks that align with our artistic vision and corporate objectives.
Engagement: Enhance engagement with internal stakeholders and the broader art and culture community.
Educational Programs: Organize programs and workshops to promote our art collection and encourage cultural dialogue.
Documentation: Ensure all artwork movements and installations are properly documented and tracked.
What Will You Bring

• Organizational skills to assist in managing day-to-day operations and exhibition installations.
• Understanding of legal, financial, and contractual aspects of artwork acquisition.
• Skills in handling, transporting, and installing artworks.
• Proficiency in developing and maintaining digital archives.
• Ability to maintain and update art collection databases.

Qualifications:

• Education: a bachelors degree in art history, museum studies, or a related field.
