Job Description
- As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator and Operations at a global, digitally enabled business, you will be responsible for managing high-quality candidate management and recruitment operations for all Business Unit/s. Your key accountabilities include working closely with Recruiting Team members for daily scheduling, coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers, managing calendars and meeting rooms, sending confirmations, ensuring timely communication and follow-ups, acting as a point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process, maintaining a positive candidate experience, and accurately recording candidate interactions and hiring decisions. Additionally, you will contribute to the wider HR agenda by supporting EVP, on-boarding, culture, engagement, retention, branding, and other initiatives while actively promoting inclusion in all areas of recruitment.
You will also be responsible for maintaining and updating applicant tracking systems (ATS), assisting in posting job openings on various platforms, supporting candidate documentation, tracking recruitment metrics, preparing reports for TA and HR leadership teams, and helping identify process improvements. Ensuring adherence to company processes, legal and regulatory requirements, and maintaining process excellence, data integrity, and compliance to policy and legislation will be crucial aspects of your role.

To succeed in this role, you should have strong Talent Acquisition Coordination experience of 1-3 years in a high-volume environment, proven results in an in-house or RPO environment, the ability to develop trusted partnerships across all levels of the business, confidence in managing stakeholders and influences throughout a recruitment process, excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver to required timescales, flexibility and agility to work effectively within a fast-paced, complex, and changing environment, and strong attention to detail with high-quality standards and analytical problem-solving ability. While tertiary qualifications in HR or a related discipline are preferable, they are not essential. Your ability to work with both business and HR stakeholders at varying levels of seniority and experience, manage your own time effectively, work independently, and seek guidance when needed to meet specified objectives within given deadlines will be critical for success in this role.,
