Sr Fashion Consultant

Role Description The Sr Fashion Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, focused on delivering an elevated in-store experience aligned with Mulmuls brand values. This role involves providing personalized styling and fashion consulting to customers, recommending outfits and accessories, and helping clients build versatile ethnic wear wardrobes suited to their preferences and lifestyle. The Sr Fashion Consultant will maintain deep product knowledge, ensure visual merchandising is aligned with brand guidelines, and support daily store operations including stock checks and upkeep of the retail space. The role includes driving sales through attentive customer service, managing client relationships and follow-ups, and collaborating with the store team to meet revenue and customer satisfaction goals. The Sr Fashion Consultant will also share customer feedback with the team to help refine collections and enhance the overall brand experience.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Fashion Consulting skills, with the ability to offer personalized styling advice and curate looks suited to diverse customer profiles.
• Candidates should have solid Product Knowledge, including fabrics, fits, silhouettes, and ethnic wear trends, and be able to clearly explain features and benefits.
• Candidates should demonstrate excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, with a warm, professional approach to engaging and retaining clients.
• Candidates should have proven Sales skills, including the ability to identify customer needs, recommend suitable products, and contribute to meeting store targets.
• Experience in premium fashion or ethnic wear retail, along with familiarity with visual merchandising and clienteling, is highly beneficial.
• A strong sense of style, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented retail environment are important.
• A relevant diploma or degree in Fashion, Retail Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience, is preferred.
