Location- Bangalore

Responsibilities
Developing growth strategies and plans
Brining/signing new staffing clients
Having an in-depth knowledge of Non-IT staffing business and value proposition
Writing business proposals
Negotiating with stakeholders
Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs

Follow staffing industry trends
Drafting and reviewing contracts
Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements
Qualifications and skills
A bachelors degree with a preference for business or a related field or an MBA
Demonstrated achievement in B2B sales
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation of group presentations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and industry-specific analysis software
Good understanding of the Non-IT Staffing industry, with the ability to become a subject matter expert on the job
