Job Description
What role you will play in team: Manage and grow relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and increased revenue. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.
What you will do: Maintain regular contact with key clients, identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and solve client issues proactively.
Key responsibility:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
- Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Proactively address client issues and concerns.
- Meet or exceed revenue targets for assigned accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, product) to deliver exceptional service.
- Prepare regular reports on account performance.
Required Qualification and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in key account management, preferably in a technology or marketing firm.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
