Role & responsibilities

• Act(Sec.138), Should possess thorough knowledge of process and procedures to be followed with respect to SARFAESI Act, Arbitration Act Attending all courts, forums, tribunals, and statutory bodies and making representations on behalf of the company and giving evidence.
• Liaisoning with the Empanelled Advocates and getting timely feedback.
• 
  Updating the MIS with exact feedback.
• Issuing reply legal/notices in 24 hours of time from the date of getting notice.
• Capturing all details in respective formats like, police stations, notices issued, replies issued, etc., Finding out the Loss on Sale Cases with respective verticals and initiating appropriate proceedings.
• Obtaining Legal Opinions in chronic matters.
• Maintaining Proper filing of postal receipts, acknowledgements and copies of the notices/cases against the Bank.

  Get Hired
• Rising the preceding month Bills of your vendors before the 10th date of every succeeding month.
• Defending the Cases filed against the Bank before all forums.
• Conducting reviews with the Collections team on a fortnight basis.
• Initiation of Arbitration Proceedings.
