Job Description
- The Muthoot Finance Ltd. is currently hiring for the following positions :-
- Post :- CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE (CCE)
- Job Location :- Mumbai
- Salary :- Rs.21,000pm + Incentives + Other Benefits
Responsibilities and Duties :-
- Handling customers and addressing their queries
- Explaining GL schemes, interest rates, etc. to customers
- Customer follow-up calls
- KYC Documentation
- Cross-selling of other financial products
- Promotional activities
- Other operational & business development works
Eligibility Criteria :-
- Must be Graduate (No BTech/BE/LLB/Distance/Open)
- Fluency in the local language
- Candidate should be from the local area
- Computer knowledge is mandatory
- Age below 28 years
- Female only
