Associate - Private Equity Deal Sourcing

What role you will play in team: You will be a key member of our deal sourcing team, identifying and evaluating potential private equity investments.

What you will do: Research potential investment opportunities, conduct due diligence, and prepare investment memos.

Key responsibility:

• Source and screen potential investment opportunities across various sectors.
• Conduct thorough due diligence, including financial analysis, market research, and competitive analysis.
• Prepare comprehensive investment memos, summarizing investment thesis and recommendations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with industry contacts and potential investment targets.
• Support the team in deal execution and portfolio management activities.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Experience in deal sourcing, preferably within the private equity sector.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and valuation methodologies.
