Job Description
What role you will play in team: You will support the investment team in deal sourcing, due diligence, and portfolio management for our private equity investments.
What you will do: Conduct financial analysis of potential investment opportunities, support due diligence process, and monitor existing portfolio companies.
Key responsibility:
- Screen and analyze potential investment opportunities.
- Conduct financial modeling and valuation.
- Prepare investment memos and presentations.
- Support due diligence process.
- Monitor portfolio company performance.
- Assist in portfolio company management.
Required Qualification and Skills:
- MBA or CFA preferred.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with financial databases (e.g., Bloomberg).
- Understanding of financial statements.
- Experience in private equity preferred.
