Investment Analyst - Private Equity

What role you will play in team: You will support the investment team in deal sourcing, due diligence, and portfolio management for our private equity investments.

What you will do: Conduct financial analysis of potential investment opportunities, support due diligence process, and monitor existing portfolio companies.

Key responsibility:

• Screen and analyze potential investment opportunities.
• Conduct financial modeling and valuation.
• Prepare investment memos and presentations.
• Support due diligence process.
• 
  Monitor portfolio company performance.
• Assist in portfolio company management.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• MBA or CFA preferred.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with financial databases (e.g., Bloomberg).
• Understanding of financial statements.
• Experience in private equity preferred.
