Position / Designation: Manager / Senior Manager – Accounts Receivable

Department: Finance

Location: Trivandrum

Key Responsibilities

• Receivables Management: Oversee customer receivables, billing, and invoicing processes.
• Collections: Drive timely collections and follow-ups with customers.
• Reconciliations: Perform customer account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Ageing Analysis: Monitor outstanding balances and prepare ageing reports.
• Compliance Monitoring: Ensure adherence to accounting standards and company policies.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with business teams to support collection efforts and improve processes.

Personal Specification

• Qualification: CA Inter
• Experience: 5+ years in accounts receivable, collections, or finance operations,
• Direct & Indirect Taxation
• Skill Sets: Accounts receivable management, billing & invoicing, reconciliations, compliance monitoring, ERP/CRM tools
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication; ability to interact with customers and internal teams
• Behavioral Competencies: Detail-oriented, proactive, collaborative, process-driven, with strong problem-solving skills
• Other Requirements: Flexibility to work with dynamic business needs and tight deadlines

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Collection Efficiency: Percentage of receivables collected within agreed timelines.
• DSO Reduction: Improvement in Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
• Ageing Accuracy: Accuracy and timeliness of ageing analysis reports.
• Reconciliation Accuracy: Number of reconciliations completed without discrepancies.
• Compliance Adherence: Zero non-compliance issues in audits and reviews.
• Stakeholder Satisfaction-Positive feedback from business teams and customers on receivable processes.
