The company specializes in providing affordable housing finance to first-time home buyers. Operating through a Hub and Spoke model, with a centralized processing unit in Mumbai, MHIL ensures efficiency, productivity, and the highest level of due diligence.

This is an on-site internship role for a Human Resources Intern, located in Indore. The intern will assist in various HR activities, including recruitment processes, employee onboarding, document verification, and administrative support. Responsibilities include maintaining employee records, coordinating interviews, supporting employee engagement initiatives, and assisting in other HR-related tasks to ensure smooth operations. This role offers invaluable hands-on experience in the human resources domain.

• Knowledge of Recruitment and Selection process
