Regional Sales Manager (Direct Sales) - Affordable Home Loans)
- Create Zonal sales plans and projection in alignment with business objectives.
- Support Regional Sales Managers with day-to-day business activities.
- Evaluate Zone and individual Regional sales performances.
- Report on Zonal sales results
- Forecast quarterly and annual profits
- Identify hiring needs, select and train new salespeople
