Job Description
Role & responsibilities:
Coordinate between corporate office and branches, address and resolve audit queries, Ensure timely closure of irregularities, recruitment of branch staff , identify new premises, negotiate with landlords, pursue both criminal and civil suits, timely interest collection of branches and recovery of dues, minimizing NPA status. ensure prompt and efficient customer service by the branches, prompt reporting of frauds any untoward incidents to reporting officer and Corporate office.
Preferred candidate profile
Candidate with minimum 4 years experience as AM / RM
Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree.
- Experience: 5-10 years of experience in the gold loan industry, preferably with NBFCs or Banks.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Compliance Knowledge:Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements related to gold loans.

- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
