About the Role:

Were looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant 12 year of experience to join our finance team at PSM Digital Agency. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, be proficient in Tally and Excel, and help ensure our financial operations are accurate, compliant, and timely.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and record everyday accounting transactions using Tally / ERP software.

Process invoices, payments, receipts, and maintain proper records.

Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts and ensure ledger accuracy.

Assist in preparing financial reports: Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Cash Flow.

Support statutory compliance including GST, TDS, and other regulatory filings.

Maintain organized and up-to-date accounting files and records.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (B. Com or equivalent).

1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance role.

Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel and basic accounting software.

Strong understanding of accounting principles and tax compliance.

Knowledge of GST, TDS, bank reconciliations, financial reporting.

Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and handle tasks.

A proactive mindset with willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic digital agency environment.
