As a Senior Franchise Partner, you will leverage your industry expertise and network to lead business development in your region. This strategic role involves managing and expanding a portfolio of high-demand financial products, driving revenue growth, and mentoring a team of DSAs and connectors. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the promotion and distribution of 15+ loan and insurance products, including Personal Loans, Business Loans, LAP, Home Loans, Machinery Loans, and Insurance solutions.
- Utilize your senior-level experience and network to generate and nurture high-quality leads and strategic partnerships.
- Drive end-to-end deal closure while maintaining strong client relationships.
- Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of DSAs and connectors, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Oversee CRM usage and analytics to optimize business operations and growth strategies.
- Ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory standards, safeguarding company reputation.
