Job Description
- As an IT Support Specialist at this company, you will be responsible for providing hardware and software support, network configuration, preventive maintenance of hardware and software, documentation, antivirus management, firewall management, and Office 365 administration. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Hardware & Software Support:
- PC assembly, repair, and maintenance
- Printer/scanner installation and troubleshooting
- Peripheral device setup
- Network Configuration:
- Basic IP addressing, DNS, DHCP knowledge
- LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi troubleshooting
- VPN connectivity setup
- Patch and update management
- User account and permission handling (Active Directory, etc.)
- Documentation:
- Knowledge of IT asset management tools
- Ticketing/helpdesk systems
- Remote support tools (TeamViewer, Any Desk, RDP, etc.)
- Antivirus Management
- Firewall Management
- Office 365 Administration

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science & Information Technology
Experience Required:
- 1 to 3 Years
Other skills required for this role include:
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Communication skills (explaining solutions to non-technical users)
